Stage 1 Preliminary Audit

Our experts review your organization’s management system documentation, including manuals, processes, procedures, and documentation. Stage 1 audits could potentially involve a site visit to confirm if your organization is ready for the Stage 2 audit. This is where gaps in current conformance and expected conformance are discovered and provided to your team.

2
Stage 2 Certification Audit

Our auditing team and your organization’s management meet to discuss the audit plan, objectives, and scope of the audit. Our auditors then conduct a detailed evaluation of the organization’s processes, procedures, and practices against the standard’s requirements.

3
Stage 3: Corrective Actions

Corrective actions are required to be developed and implemented by your organization for any nonconformances identified. Evidence to be submitted to GTICS to ensure effectiveness.

4
Stage 4: Certification Decision

Our auditing team will submit a detailed audit report to our decision-making committee, including recommendations based on the audit findings.

5
Stage 5: Surveillance Audits

Surveillance audits are conducted annually to ensure your organization continues to meet the ISO Standard’s requirements.
